>>SMT Workshop:
The quality and workmanship of product are trended to be more and more sophisticated and higher, Li-tek
has invested massive money to build a fast, efficient and precisely SMT work, and its clarity reaches 10k. Here
are the main equipments:
· 15 sets of high speed/middle speed/multi-function YAMAH SMT machine: capable to mount components
size from 1005, 0201 to 45mm, accuracy reaches 0.03mm;
· 6 sets of automatic lead-free reflow soldering machine: 8 temperature sections, temperature control
accuracy reaches 1 centi-degree.
· 6 sets of manual and automatic solder printer: capable size from 15mm to 450mm, print accuracy is
higher than 0.08mm.
Thanks to our skillful programming engineer, our processing from feed PCB to print, mounting, check, reflow
soldering and clean are automatically implemented, maximum dairy production reaches 4.8 million.
>>DIP& assembly plant:
Li-TEK provides comprehensive product assembly service. With tens of advance product assembly lines from wave
soldering, after processing, assembling to packing, our qualified stuffs produce 1.2 million, 200 thousands
pieces alarming system and 100K pieces high end cosmetic equipments. The two workshops managed under 7S
standard, they have many types of equipment which contains leader free solder over, ultra sonic wielding
machine, laser printer and other equipments.
>>Moulding shop:
As a turkey ODM/EMS supplier, Li-tek has in-house plastic injection workshop, which covers various size and shape
plastic cases; you will also benefit from our normal injection machine and horizontal injection machine from 50t
to 400t, the heaviest plastic case we can produce reaches 1000g. We monthly produced 1 million 3D active
glasses case, 200 thousand sets of alarming system plus 60 thousand sets of cosmetic cases.
>>Mould workshop:
Tooling design and manufacturing is one of Li-tek’s key strengths. By staffing expert tooling designers, skilled
tool and die makers, and precision machinists, we offer customers the best tooling solutions in the industry.
The tooling workshop owns 4 sets Alpha precision CNC machining centers and tens of numerical control mirror
EDM machine, milling machine, drilling machine, grinding machine, turning lathe and NC precision grinder. With
these precision machine and more than 50 skilled workers and engineers, we make hundreds sets of hard tooling
every year with accuracy from 0.02mm to 5μm, and the highest surface polishing grade within them reaches A1.
>>Fuel injection shop:
In recent years, customers from all-over the world are becoming more strict and variously on the product appearance. Li-TEK is always ready for such kind demand. With our in-house painting and coating workshop, we provide a various range of finishing like coating, silk-screening, and golden/silver foil stamping in our Class 10k clean room.
The workshop, equipped with high/middle/low efficiency air shower and central air-conditioning, is capable of painting case of household appliance, electronic toys, cosmetic bottles and art craft; it mainly contains two product lines:
Standard painting line: the product line, is capable of painting on ABS, PC, PS, PP etc with ABS oil, PU, rubber and leather lacquer, has a daily output at 20kpcs at 90% yield rate.
UV light solidify painting line: the product line is capable of painting on ABS, PC, PS etc. it has a daily output at 20kpcs at 95% yield rate.
Plus one two-line sharing supply line which equipped with robotic electrostatic de-dust equipment and sensor; two sets of stand NC baking oven, two set of metal foil stamping machine and several multi color silk printer.
